Delivery Timing

Return and Refund Policy

In principle, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is defective.

Returns and Exchanges for Defective Products:
Returns and exchanges due to defects will be accepted within 7 days after receiving the product. The return shipping cost will be borne by us in such cases.
