The development of this product began with this seemingly contradictory concept in mind.
Designed by a graphic designer with a background in architecture, SLICE was completed through a collaboration between a professional in space and artwork presentation and skilled craftsmen in frame production.
SLICE features a subtle inward slope, which creates soft shadows that gently enhance the artwork.
By minimizing the gap between the artwork and the frame, a seamless integration of the two is achieved, resulting in a unified and elegant display.
In addition, SLICE is the first frame in the ALUMIUM series to incorporate a rear mounting system using turn-lock fasteners (also known as spring-loaded fasteners), making it easier to display and change artwork.
This combination of high-quality craftsmanship and user-friendly functionality adds a new level of ease to the ALUMIUM series.
The matte black and matte silver surfaces are shot-blasted and coated to give the frame a luxurious feel and emphasize the texture of the aluminum material.
A white version is also available, offering a versatile option that enhances a wide range of artwork, including photographs, posters, and illustrations.
