About year-end and New Year deliveries and inquiries

We will inform you about the year-end and New Year deliveries and inquiries.

[Information for delivery within the year]

Orders placed by the morning of Friday, December 17, 2021 will be shipped within the year.

Orders placed by the afternoon of Friday, December 17, 2021 will be shipped after January 5, 2022 .

However, the following items may not be delivered within the year.

・If the delivery area is Okinawa or the islands

・In the case of product material shortage

・When traffic is disrupted due to bad weather

[Regarding order processing and email inquiries during the year-end and New Year holidays]

You can order as usual during the year-end and New Year holidays,

From December 25th (Saturday) to January 4th (Tuesday), we will not be sending emails to customers to confirm the delivery date or make inquiries.

Inquiries during the above period will be answered in sequence after January 5 (Wednesday). Please note.
